The flowers were very nice although the bouquet was smaller than a recent bouquet that I sent, for which I paid slightly less. I almost gave three stars, and this is to do with the platform more than the florist per se. When I booked it seemed clear that a booking on Thursday would get a Friday delivery, and I thought if all doesn't go well at least it'll be a Saturday delivery. However, I was informed by email (so good follow up from Direct2Florist) that locally they were having problems finding a florist to fill the order, and that they had been told florists are closed on Saturdays (not so, simple google search and knowing that I've had plenty of Saturday deliveries), so i didn't appreciate that. In the end I accepted a Monday delivery (I was called to get my agreement, and appreciated the good customer service in that respect)but I'm not sure I'm going to use direct2florist again as this is the second time I've had a similar time delivery problem. It'd just be better if the website is upfront and says 2 working days needed to fulfil deliveries.

Excellent service and very informative in keeping updated on the delivery. My delivery was for Whiteriver South Africa ???????? and the service and communications I had with the florist was excellent above and beyond what I expected. I would definitely recommend them.
