Very helpful. I had an incorrect address (I’m in the UK and the recipient is in SA) and they helped me sort it out to ensure the delivery got there safely

The bouquet was absolutely stunning and brightened up my day. However, I wanted to bring to your attention that the flowers arrived a few days later than expected. While I understand that delays can happen, I just wanted to make you aware in case there was any issue with the delivery process.
